Croeso! Adam and Tracy Hammond are pleased to welcome you to Byrdir House, a comfortable licensed guesthouse in the heart of old Harlech.
For many years Byrdir House has been a popular place to stay in Harlech, attracting golfers keen to try out the extremely testing links course of Royal St. David's, hikers wishing to discover the beauty of Snowdonia National Park, and tourists eager to journey on the region's narrow gauge steam railways, enjoy the fabulous sandy beach, or visit the astonishing castle built by Edward I – designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Lying in a conservation area, Byrdir is ideally situated for exploring our lovely town and as a base for further ventures into Gwynedd.
For a couple of years, Byrdir was closed and in a sorry state of repair, but it has been completely renovated and redecorated and is open again for bed & breakfast customers. We have five guest rooms, all en suite, and most with a double and a single bed to allow flexibility.
If you wish to reserve a date with us, or have any questions, please email here. Or phone on the number below. We look forward to your visit.
